This is an 18+ event only. Do not sign up if you are 17 or younger, even if you turn 18 during the creation period. If you lie about your age, you will be banned from future events this account hosts.

This event follows SALS, YKINMK rules (ship and let ship/your kink is not my kink and that's okay), so no harassment or ship hate will be entertained or tolerated.

An Archive of Our Own account is required for all participants.

This is a femlock, femslash exclusive event. All forms of trans headcanons are accepted. Nonbinary characters are, of course, accepted as well.

If you need to drop out, please do so before the deadline. Dropping out after the deadline means you will be banned from future events unless it is due to an emergency situation.

We will be having two check-ins, one at the halfway point and another near the end of the creation period. The first will be just to make sure you've gotten started, the other will be for 75% completion.

Sign Ups are hosted on AO3, but a google form will be required for pinch hitters and beta readers.

Please don't publically discuss your works on social media. This is an exchange! Keep it private until creators are revealed.

For writers, the minimum word count is 1,500 words. There is no maximum word count.

Fanfiction must be completed, standalone works. You may edit and add more to your fics later.

Moderators will be checking for proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. If your fic doesn't meet our standards, we will try and match you with a beta reader.

For check ins, we'll require a typed outline for the first check in and 75% of your projected word count in the second.

For artists, we require one fully rendered art piece uploaded onto AO3. You can draw more than one piece (such as comics, or simply an additional artwork).

Check-in 1 will be for a sketch, check-in 2 will look for finished line art and some flat colors, around 75% completion.

An exchange is, as it insinuates, a fanwork exchange curated by moderators. Similar to Secret Santa, participants will be given a random individual to create a fanwork gift for (fanfiction or fan art)! These creations are kept private, even after being given, until creators are revealed on AO3. Works will be included in a collection on AO3.

Participants are matched through the AO3 assignments system, and will then be manually sifted through by the moderators. During the sign up process,you'll be allowed to list NOTPs and landmine dynamics. We assure you that nobody will have to write for a NOTP and that all match ups will be double and triple checked by mods.

Unless a mistake regarding match ups was made and you received a landmine dynamic, a NOTP or dead dove when it wasn't requested, you cannot switch assignments. However, you may drop from the fest. In this case, you will not receive a gift and your original assignment will be given to a pinch hitter.
